Melon and Prosciutto

Ingredients

 

•1 Cantaloupe or Honeydew Melon

•12 very thin slices Parma Prosciutto

•Hawaiian Volcano Guava Smoked or Aleae Sea Salt

 

Preparation Instructions

1.Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds with a wooden spoon, cut into 12 equal wedges and peel wedges

2.Wrap each wedge with one piece of prosciutto

3.Sprinkle with Guava Smoked or Aleae Sea Salt
