•1 Refrigerated New York Style Whole Cheesecake

•1 Tbsp Hawaiian Volcano Steak Rub

1 Fancy paper doily the same size as the top of the cheesecake


Preparation Instructions

1.Lay doily on top of cheesecake and press down lightly

2.Using a small, fine sieve, sift Steak Rub onto doily until all open spaces are lightly covered

3.Carefully lift off doily and, folding in half, pour leftover rub back into container

4.Take your bows for the gorgeous dessert you just served your guests that must have taken hours to make (We won’t tell if you don’t!)
