Ingredients for Each Serving

 

  • 1 slice pumpernickel bread
  • Butter
  • 1/4 Avocado, cut into 2 slices
  • 1 large egg, poached or cooked as you like
  • Hawaiian Volcano Kiawe Smoked Sea Salt

 

Preparation Instructions

1.For each serving, toast one slice of pumpernickel bread (if “big eater,” make two)

2.Butter toast while warm

3.Lay on slices of avocado

4.Top with egg

5.Sprinkle with Hawaiian Volcano Kiawe Sea Salt
