Our salt comes from 2,200 feet below the turbulent ebb and flow of the Pacific Ocean. This purer uncorrupted layer of water is a melted polar ice cap which migrates through the Pacific Basin to Hawaii’s shores. The salt water is siphoned up and evaporated revealing a beautiful flaky salt crystal.
