Our Blackened Fish Smoked Salt Rub is great on fresh fish and poultry too.
To use, lightly pat on thin layer to cover entire portion. This will lock in the natural juices when cooking on the grill, in a pan, or broiler.
Contains: kiawe smoked salt, paprika, wasabi, dill, oregano, thyme, black & white pepper, and garlic.
