Watermelon Wedge

 

Ingredients for 8 Servings

 

•1 small round seedless watermelon

•Bacon fried crisp and crumbled

•Bottled or homemade Blue Cheese or Ranch Salad Dressing

•Blue Cheese Crumbles

•Fresh Black Pepper

•Hawaiian Volcano Guava Smoked Sea Salt

 

Preparation Instructions

1.Cut watermelon in half and each half into quarters, either as wedges or as pyramids

2.Spoon on dressing and let it run down the sides

3.Sprinkle on bacon, blue cheese crumbles, grind on pepper to taste, and sprinkle with Guava Sea Salt
