Ingredients:
- 3 slices of tomato, 1/2” thick (yellow or red organic heirloom, preferably)
- 2 slices of fresh mozzarella, 1/2” thick
- 5 large whole fresh basil leaves (or several if smaller)
- Hawaiian Volcano Guava Smoked Sea Salt
- Extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
