Chuy’s Salted Rim Mango Margarita

Makes 2 Margaritas


2 Shots (4 oz.) Silver Tequila
1 Shot Cointreau
1/4 fresh mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 cup crushed ice
Hawaiian Volcano Sea Salt (Kiawe or Guava Smoked)

2 lime slices

Preparation Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the lime slices and salt in a blender and blend until slushy.
  2. Place salt in a saucer.  Wet the rim of a large martini glass with lime and dip in salt.  Fill with Margarita.
  3. Garnish each glass with a lime slice.
