Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hawaiian Volcano Sea Salt (Natural or Guava Smoked)
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder (or substitute with coffee liqueur)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Milk: Bring the milk to a low boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, eggs, sugar, Hawaiian Volcano Sea Salt, and instant espresso powder.
  3. Add Milk: While the food processor is running, slowly pour the boiling milk into the mixture through the feed tube.
  4. Blend Further: Continue blending for 1 additional minute until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour and Chill: Pour the mixture into six 1-cup ramekins or coffee cups. Chill for at least 30 minutes until set.
